Showgoers love the Show’s

      accessory exhibitors

      Do you know what a Moin Moin is? How about a Standkorb? You

      can find out when you shop the exhibits of everything nautical in
      the  nearly  100  accessory  displays  slated  to  exhibit  at  this  year’s
      Progressive Catawba Island Boat Show, April 26-28.
        These popular exhibits literally encircle the Catawba Island Club’s marina
      and the more than 100 power and sailboats docked up and ready for boarding.
        While traditional yacht brokerage and service displays will be seen all
      around, there is so much more to be found in the accessory exhibits this year.
      For example, for the answer to the Standkorb question above, show visitors

      will have to find the North Atlantic Trading Co. exhibit.






                                                                                   Meanwhile, a visit to the Beagle Bay Knot Works featuring an all things knotical with a wide

                                                                                  variety of hand-tied finished products using natural materials as well as the marlinspike
                                                                                  techniques passed down by generations of mariners.
                                                                                   Among the most popular exhibits every year is Sun Stoppers of Put-in-Bay. Literally hundreds
                                                                                  of boaters annually stock up with their summer shades from this long-standing exhibitor. And
                                                                                  you can don your new sunglasses when you take the wheel of the popular all electric golf carts
                                                                                  found at the Drew’s Custom Carts display.
                                                                                   In addition, this year there will be new displays from newcomers, like EMOTO Electric
                                                                                  Vehicles, as well as an exhibit by Burns GEM Cars. The latter will be introducing the latest
                                                                                  low-speed electric GEM cars to the Ohio lakefront region. And, while you’re driving around your
                                                                                  golf car, you can adorn it with the latest flag creations you’ll find at the Wavy Flags exhibit that


                                                                                  also features folding light poles, bungee dock lines, bollards, and other accessories.
                                                                                   Overall, from things to wear to things to do, visitors will enjoy the record number of accessory
                                                                                  displays and soak in the wide variety of activities and entertainment during the 3-day event
                                                                                  held in the prestigious Catawba Island Club where its grounds are open to the public only for
                                                                                  this one 3-day event each year.
