boats garner lots of awe and publicity, this
year’s show promises new fishing models
in every size category, especially popular
models from 15 to 22 feet in length.
Perhaps the latest craze is reflected in
the “plastic navy” that others simply call the
“self-propelled fleet.” Either way, fish-rigged
kayaks may be the fastest growing segment
of boating in Ohio. Accordingly, many kayaks
now include everything from rod holders to
GPS, and they’ll be found in the show accom-
panied by a range of canoes, paddle boards
and accessories.
But if something bigger is on your mind,
among the largest exhibitors this year will
be South Shore Marine that will present a
wide selection of fishing machines among
other cruising models. The angling boats
will include the Grady White 386 Center
Console and 345 Dual Console along
with Pursuits models from 24 to 40 feet,
